Replacement (errors in or damage to Alien Registration Certificate), Reissuance (loss, destruction or theft of Alien Registration), etc.
Alias registration and registration of family information.
2. Who Can Apply
Registrant (Application for persons under 16 years of age must be done by cohabitating family member)
* A cohabitating family member can submit the application depending on the application.
3. Documents Required for Application
- Certificate of Alien Registration
- Passport
*Not required in some cases - Two photos (Passport size: 45mm (H) x 35mm (W))
* Required when applying for replacement or reissuance - Proof of change
